Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
- We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
- For custom-made or pre-ordered items, additional processing time of 4–08 weeks is required. These timelines are communicated during the checkout process.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for shipment.
Domestic and International Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan):

- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days.
- Available nationwide, including remote areas.

International Shipping:
- We currently ship to the following regions:

- Shipping Restrictions: Due to regulations, some countries or regions may have restrictions on specific handcrafted goods. These will be communicated at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping:
- Free shipping for orders above PKR 10,000.
- Orders below this threshold incur a flat fee based on location:
- Urban Areas: PKR 200
- Remote Areas: PKR 500
International Shipping:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred at the destination. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Local Delivery and Pickup
Local Delivery:
- For customers in select cities, we offer local delivery with a delivery time of 24–48 hours.
- Delivery Fee: PKR 150 flat rate.
In-Store Pickup:
- Currently no in-store pickups are available.
Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
Returns and Refunds:
- We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Order Edits:
- You can request changes to your order (e.g., size or color) within 12 hours of placement. Contact our support team at orders@spogmayart.com to make changes.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.
Order Tracking Details
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the shipping partner’s tracking page.
- For domestic orders, we use trusted partners, and tracking updates are provided in real time.
- For international orders, global shipping partners provide tracking information until the package reaches its final destination.

While we strive for timely deliveries, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays, including:
