Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:-
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange.
- Photographic evidence of the defect/damage must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

- If the item received is different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-Customized Products Only:
- Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defects.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:- Be unused and in its original packaging.
- Include all tags, accessories, and documentation that came with the product.
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
- Custom or made-to-order items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
Refund Policy
1. Refund Options:- Replacement: You can opt for a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
- Store Credit: A store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued for future purchases.
- Full Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Exchange Policy
